I got a great house at a fair price during a hot market. Jan and Brad were great to work with. Based on my house, my sister-in-law sold her house and is having Silvan Homes build her one.

We're absolutely impressed by the quality and style of our home.  So are our friends who have visited.  Brad is quick to respond, very easy to work with and detail oriented.  More importantly our interaction with him we felt that he is someone we can trust and who will take care of any problem we might have.  Jan is sharp and honest and easy to work with.  And again, trust worthy like Brad. We would not hesitate to build another home with Silvan or recommend to a friend.

If there is customer service in home buying - this is as good as it gets!   Best home buying experience ever.  The team at Silvan Homes understands and appreciates relationships and the business side of home building. Overall quality of the home we bought is great!!!

We have lived in our house built by Silvan Homes for a little over a year now and we have been very satisfied with both the experience working with Silvan Homes and the quality of the product.

The process started out working with SIlvan Homes staff to select all sorts of design elements of the house. We kept in touch through emails and phone calls as well as meeting in person both at the home site and at the Silvan Homes office. As construction started we had great dialogue with the SIlvan Homes project manager who was more than happy to answer all of our (sometimes silly) questions. We noticed that the project manager was very "hands-on" with the various craftsmen working on the home, overseeing their work to a higher degree than I would expect the average builder does. The result has been obvious: The quality of workmanship throughout has been excellent, and there has been no opportunity for us to utilize the generous warranty that Silvan Homes provided.

Our experience is that Silvan Homes takes personal pride in the houses that they build and stand behind their product to a very high degree. We still, well over a year after moving in, feel we can contact owner Jan should we have any questions or concerns. Our experience has been nothing but excellent and we recommend Silvan Homes wholeheartedly!

I purchased my custom build home from Silvan Homes and couldn't be happier! The custom work done at my house, and the overall home is splendid! I found the home when it was almost completed so I don't have a lot of experience in the "true" custom build. However, the end process was so smooth, that I'm sure the entire process would have been perfect with Silvan Homes.

Silvan assigned a project manager just for my house to finish up any of the punch list items I noticed or problems they needed to fix. Nothing was too small for Silvan! They fixed everything on my list and fixed items I didn't even see or have a problem with! They truly went above and beyond anything I imagined.

I've been in the house for months and if I find something that is a little off (the water just doesn't seem to get hot enough for me), they are out to adjust and fix the issue.

I'm not a "pushover" and my friends and parents are EXTREMELY picky. I was not paid or given anything for this review. I really do think they just did a great job at my house!
